How do I get to know evenmo?
In a personal online demo (about 30 minutes) we show you the software with examples from your daily work. Then you decide at your own pace.
What does the setup include?
We import your inventory with prices and menus, set up letterhead, logo, colours and texts and introduce your team. You start with your real data.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Switzerland. Each company only sees its own proposals, clients and prices – and your data belongs to you.
Can I bring my existing product range?
Yes. We import your Excel list during setup – later you upload changes yourself or maintain the inventory directly in the software.
What do proposals look like for my clients?
In your company’s look: logo, colour, fonts and images. Your client opens the proposal in the browser or as a PDF and accepts it online with a signature.
Does evenmo work with my accounting?
Invoices with Swiss QR payment slip, open items and reminders are included. The accounting export delivers Excel, CSV and Banana including a VAT summary.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the paid month.
